Desktop Chrome and Edge can save the extension folder directly, with no extraction. Create and select a dedicated folder on Desktop. For updates, select your original folder, then reload the extension in the browser manager.
Add the extension
Save the extension into a dedicated folder. Open chrome://extensions or edge://extensions, enable Developer mode, choose Load unpacked and select the folder containing manifest.json. Keep that folder after installation.
Automatic detection, individual downloads
New installs enable website detection and the bottom-right download panel. Declared video links appear separately with available titles and thumbnails; unloaded resources may require playback. Choose Download on each wanted video. VideoHarbor prepares ordinary HLS streams while progress and saving stay inside the extension. Pin the toolbar icon once through the browser menu.
Local preview, not a store release
The current guided path uses a locally loaded extension with manual updates. The page does not claim automatic installation or a published store listing. DRM-protected media and unsupported formats are not unlocked by installing the extension.
